Our Search Process :

  1. Defining the client’s needs
  2. Working closely with the client as a team in a search process requires a detail analysis of the company’s needs to determine the candidate’s required set of skills, a clear understanding of the corporate structure and its organizational relationship. Together with the client, we will define the set of experience required for the position and identify the other characteristics necessary for the successful candidate.

  3. Position requirements
  4. Before we conduct a new search assignment, we will prepare a written position requirement that outlines the responsibilities of the position. This area typically covers the qualifications required of the ideal candidate, basic characteristics in order to do the job, primary responsibilities, past and present working experience, and other critical key success factor. This is the most important preliminary stage in our search effort.

  5. Research
  6. The requirement will guide our search effort to identify sources and ideal candidates in the industry. Our consultants will have a clear understanding of your organization and its nature of business to construct the search process within the industry. This will enable our consultants to sell the opportunity and the benefits of joining your organization in a confidential manner.

  7. Candidate identification
  8. Once we have identified the prospect, we present your objectives and your opportunities. This is done by careful selection of the sources and prospects to interest qualified candidates. We are confident that the most suitable and qualified candidates will be available upon thorough market search. During this stage, we will provide feedback to our client on a regular basis.

  9. Candidate Interviews And Evaluation
  10. The identified candidates will be interviewed by our professional consultants to determine their experience, qualifications and cultural fit with client organization. A list of short-listed candidates will be given to our client for selection.

  11. Candidates Presentations
  12. Our consultant will review the identified candidates with our client based on their career aspirations and relevant experience as per the position requirements. Confidential written reports will be submitted on the identified candidates. Upon selection by our client, we will schedule an interview and monitor its progress with your management team.

  13. Interviewing Identified Candidates
  14. Our consultant will schedule a mutually convenient time to meet between the client and the identified candidate. At this stage, information of your organization will be revealed to the selected candidate prior to the meeting to ensure all information is shared. Once the interview is done, our consultant will contact the client and the candidate for feedback on the meeting. Any information exchanged during the interview must be made available to our consultant to further assist your management team through their selections to avoid any miscommunication.

  15. Referencing Of Successful Candidate
  16. Once the client made a selection of the most suitable candidate, our consultant will contact individuals on the candidate’s referees who are capable of providing insights about the candidate’s work achievements and relevant qualifications.

  17. Resignation Process
  18. We will assist the selected candidate through the emotional process of resigning from his/her present position. A close contact with the candidate is crucial to ensure a smooth and hassle free resignation in this stage to avoid acceptance of any counteroffer.

  19. Completion Of Search
  20. Our goal is to provide you with the most suitable and qualified individual who will provide an immediate contribution to your corporate goals.

  21. Regular Updates
  22. We will touch base with our client and the candidate on a regular basis to monitor the candidate’s progress in the company.
